1. Cancellation Methods
You may cancel your subscription at any time using any of the following methods:

Send an email to help@fastergig.com with the subject line “Cancel My Subscription.” Be sure to include the email associated with your account.Live Chat
Use our 24/7 live support chat on www.fastergig.com to request cancellation in real time.Phone Support
Call us at +1 617-575-2730 during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm EST). If no one is available, please leave a voicemail with your full name, account email, and a brief note stating your request to cancel. We will confirm your cancellation via email within 24 hours.
2. When Cancellation Takes Effect
Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to premium features until the billing cycle ends.
Lifetime Access or One-Time Purchases: These are non-refundable but can be discontinued from future access upon request.
3. No Partial Refunds
FasterGig.com does not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused time or features within an active billing cycle. It is the user’s responsibility to cancel prior to the next billing date to avoid additional charges.
4. Confirmation of Cancellation
Once your cancellation request is processed:
You will receive a confirmation email
Your account will be downgraded to our free tier at the end of your billing cycle (or immediately for lifetime one-time access)
5. Reactivation
You can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging into your dashboard and selecting a new plan.
6. Usage Monitoring
To protect against fraudulent claims, FasterGig.com monitors usage activity and maintains logs and recordings of account sessions. We reserve the right to dispute refund or chargeback requests if premium features were actively used.
